MLO Training Buddy ā€“ Course Agreement
By purchasing, registering for, or attending any course offered by MLO Training Buddy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Educational Purpose Only
All courses provided by MLO Training Buddy are for educational purposes only and are designed to satisfy NMLS Continuing Education and Pre-Licensing requirements.
Completion of any course does not guarantee licensing approval, employment, or examination success.
Enrollment & Access
Upon successful registration:
Students will receive access to course materials and/or live webinar instructions Access is granted only to the registered student
Ā Course access may not be shared, transferred, or resold
MLO Training Buddy reserves the right to revoke access for violations of these terms.
Attendance & Completion Requirements
Students must comply with all Attendance Policy requirements in order to receive NMLS credit.
Failure to meet attendance, identity verification, webcam, or participation requirements may result in:
Ā No course completion credit
Ā No reporting to NMLS
Ā Removal from the course without refund eligibility
Payments & Refunds
All payments are subject to the Refund Policy outlined separately on our website.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the Refund Policy terms.
Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, presentations, and resources are the exclusive property of MLO Training Buddy and are protected by copyright laws.
Students may not:
Copy or reproduce course materials
Share login access or recordings
Distribute content publicly or commercially
No Guarantee Disclaimer
While we provide structured education and support, MLO Training Buddy does not guarantee:
Exam passing results
State licensing approval
Employment outcomes
Student success depends on individual effort and study commitment.
Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all technical requirements including:
Stable internet connection
Working webcam and microphone
Compatible device and browser
Technical issues on the studentā€™s side do not qualify for refund or credit exemption.
Right to Modify Courses
MLO Training Buddy reserves the right to:
Update course content
Adjust instructors
Modify schedules
Cancel or reschedule classes when necessary
Governing Agreement
By enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions along with the Refund Policy and Attendance Policy.
