Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MLO Training Buddy, we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience. Please review our refund policy before registering for a course.

Registration fees are 100 percent refundable if cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start time.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course start time are non-refundable, but the student may request to transfer the registration to a future available course date, if one is offered.

No refund or course credit will be issued if a student does not attend, arrives late, leaves early, fails to meet attendance or participation requirements, fails to complete required identity verification, uses a prohibited device, or is removed from the course for failure to comply with course rules or NMLS requirements.

If MLO Training Buddy LLC cancels or reschedules a course, students will be offered the option to transfer to a future course date or receive a refund.
