Attendance Policy
MLO Training Buddy ā€“ Continuing Education Requirements
To comply with Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) requirements, students must meet all attendance and participation standards in order to receive course credit.
Full Attendance Required
Students must attend the entire duration of the course as scheduled.
Arriving late or leaving early may result in no NMLS credit awarded
Breaks must be taken only at designated times
Students must return on time from all breaks
Identity Verification
Students must provide valid identity verification as required by course administration, which may include:
Government-issued photo identification
Webcam verification (live video must remain on during the course)
Matching registration information
Failure to complete identity verification requirements may result in removal from the course without credit
Webcam & Participation Requirements
Because this is a live, instructor-led webinar, students must:
Remain visible on camera (face and shoulders visible) for the entire session
Actively participate in polls, quizzes, and instructor-led activities
Ensure they are in a quiet, distraction-free environment
Use a working computer or laptop (mobile devices are not permitted for completion)
Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have:
Stable internet connection
Working webcam and microphone
Updated browser compatible with webinar platform
Technical issues on the studentā€™s side do not guarantee eligibility for course credit or refund.
Compliance & Credit Reporting
Only students who successfully complete all attendance and participation requirements will have their course completion reported to the NMLS.
MLO Training Buddy reserves the right to deny course credit if attendance or participation requirements are not met.
No Exceptions Policy
Due to strict NMLS compliance standards:
Missed time cannot be made up
Partial attendance does not qualify for credit
Failure to meet requirements = no completion credit reported
